Summary:

Direct departmental activity to insure that deposit and lending operations are in accordance with established policies and procedures. In consultation with the Regional Center Manager directly responsible for center consumer loans, solicitation programs and center growth plans. Responsible for accurate conveying of information to the products and services of the credit union, member inquiries and complaints. Responsible for the credit union community development projects.

Job Requirements:

• At least five years of related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent. Additional college coursework in business or finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills.
• Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Branch functions, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to operate related computer applications and related business equipment.
