As part of the Legal Services - NewLaw team you provide innovative legal business solutions and enhance processes for legal departments. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exemplary standards while building meaningful client connections and managing engagement activities. You lead teams in technical implementation projects, facilitating smooth execution and fostering client relationships through adept communication and negotiation skills.

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree is preferred
Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Economics, or Management Information Systems
Demonstrating exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Leading contract lifecycle management and digital transformation
Managing legal technology and spend management systems
Implementing legal systems and software configuration

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
