Full-time position available at Burbank Apartments for an individual skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, boilers, and general maintenance work. This individual must work well independently and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Good communication skills are necessary. The individual should be service-minded and take pride in work.
Requirements
This position reports to Jamillah Malone, Property Manager
Regularly scheduled hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Regular schedule may change in accordance with articles 4.1 and 8.1 of the contract.
Union wages and benefits
On-call responsibilities will be shared with other staff members
This position will perform work assignments subject to any applicable contract provisions.
