Work you'll do
As a Project Delivery Specialist in the Technology group you will:
Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals
Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance
Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy
Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
6+ years of relevant experience with Business Process Requirements Gathering
Experience with Business Process and Workflow Design
Experience with User Interface Design
Experience with direct client interaction
Professional oral and written communication skills
Experience working independently and managing small engagements or work streams and multiple team members
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement
Must be located in Boston, MA or Philadelphia, PA
Ability to travel 20-40%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:
Prior professional services or government consulting experience
