This position is located in the Boulder Colorado office. We are focused on
developing test and measurement equipment for cryogenic and quantum computing.

PURPOSE
This position takes a leading role in creating electrical and systems design
in compliance with SEMI and NFPA standards. This individual would be
responsible for the detailed electrical design which integrates and
coordinates the function of multiple subsystems interface to custom software.
Subsystems include vacuum, motion control, vision, temperature
measurement, AC and DC power distribution, and cryogenic systems. Thorough
and complete documentation of all designs, support of assembly
technicians, system verification, testing, and troubleshooting are part
of the scope of work required. Coordination with the mechanical and software
design teams is essential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Proficient in detailed electrical design (in SolidWorks Electrical or
similar) for complex assemblies, cable harnesses, and system documentation.
Ability to create and document system design in compliance with SEMI S2,
S8, and NFPA79 standards.
Ability to implement design for ease of manufacturing and cost reduction.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Familiarity with system design standards in compliance with S2, S8, NFPA79
is strongly desired.
Test and verification of component and system designs will be required.
Experience in electrical system tro bleshooting is vital in this role.
Attention to detail, good time management, and good written and verbal
communications skills are important.
Candidate should be able to effectively coordinate with various departments
and stakeholders and be able to work both independently and within a team.
The pay range for this role in Boulder, CO is between $94,100 and
$123,480. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor
maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations
in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business
needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based
on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Benefits offered for
