As part of this role you will:

• Act as a liaison between vendors and the A/P team on various invoice issues
• Assist in the month-end closing process of A/P
• Complete three-way matching with purchasing and accounting software systems
• Responsible for manual check processing
• Assist with sorting and coding of invoices

What you will bring to this role:

• High School diploma or a GED
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in A/P or related field
• Experience with three-way matching a plus
• Solid Excel spreadsheet experience
• Ability to organize and attention to detail
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail paired with critical thinking skills
• Ability to be flexible, resourceful and able to troubleshoot
• Ability to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
• Pride in the job you do and the image you present
• A positive can-do attitude
