In our time of Company growth, we seek anEnvironmental Services Technicianfor our various locations.

Work Locations:Bradenton, FL

The Environmental Services Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining a sanitary and orderly medical environment. The position complies with infection control policies, OSHA guidelines and procedures in executing environmental services duties. The Environmental Services Technician performs the required environmental services activities for the maintenance of a clean surrounding.

As part of this role, you will:

• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and spot cleans floors. Cleans spots off walls
• Dust baseboards, low vents, pictures on the walls, and decorations
• Gathers and disposes of trash, and cleans wastebaskets, lighting fixtures, and doorframes throughout the facilities. Cleans air conditioning vents, baseboards, and windowsills
• Cleans sinks and other plumbing fixtures; cleans water coolers, and microwaves, and replaces disposables such as towels, soaps, and toilet paper. Cleans window coverings and windows. Cleans and polishes mirrors. Dust tops of stall partitions.
• Report any mechanical failures or negative conditions to the Director or Charge Nurse

What you need to bring to this role:

• At least 6 months experience in environmental services of commercial buildings and facilities preferred
• Valid Florida Driver's License and the ability to travel to various locations to perform duties highly preferred
• Bilingual Preferred
