Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance :
Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, and electrical work.
Address repairs and maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain and repair Dunkin' equipment, including ovens, coffee machines, and refrigeration units.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in facility or equipment maintenance.
Knowledge of plumbing , electrical , and general maintenance procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
