Copeland Marketing Coordinator (Bilingual, Hybrid) in BRANTFORD, Ontario

Marketing Content Creation, Printing & Management

  • Assist in the development, facilitate reviews, and oversee publishing of marketing content and assets, including articles, white papers, blogs, collateral, press releases, videos, images, signage, point-of-sale displays, diagrams, etc.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organization, including product management, application engineers, sales, writers, and designers to create compelling marketing content.

  • Support the management of the business’ digital asset files in digital asset management software and print vendor ordering sites.

  • Coordinate and support on-site photoshoots and video shoots of products, facilities, and events.

  • Collaborate with print vendors for any printing projects, manage lead time for printing shipments and ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.

Digital Content Support:

  • Work closely with the marketing business partner team, campaign team, and digital team to identify opportunities for website improvements.

  • Support the development and enhancement of digital tools, such as interactives and calculators for campaigns.

  • Manage the process of adopting or rejecting US website changes to implement on the Canadian website. Conduct audits of content to align with Canadian marketing programs.

Budget Management:

  • Support the management of marketing budget ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines.

  • Assist in tracking expenses by marketing program or campaign.

  • Process purchase orders and invoices for marketing activities.

Marketing Project Support

  • Support marketing leaders with internal reports and project tracking.

  • Collaborate with agency and internal teams to manage marketing projects and initiatives forward.

  • Manage necessary translations of marketing materials for regional use.

  • Supporting and collaborating with marketing capabilities teams to execute projects requested by the business related to graphic design, marketing automation, website, campaigns, tradeshow and events, etc.

  • Provide physical and on-site support for Canadian tradeshows and events, including packaging assets, shipping, receiving, inventory, and storing items.

  • Manage Copeland merchandise inventories on-site and manage shipments to sales team and customers.

  • Submit requests and provide general project management support of various business requests by collaborating with marketing capabilities team and agencies.

  • Support the Canadian sales team by providing marketing content and materials needed to enable sales success.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requests align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or related role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and content quality.

  • Experience with digital asset management systems.

  • Knowledge of HVACR industry or related technical fields is desirable.

  • Bilingual in English and French is preferred but not required.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act, 2000 (ESA), the base salary range for this role is $60,000 - 70,000 CAD annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
