We are looking for an Assistant (f/m/d) to join our team at Innomotics s.r.o.

Your future role.
Establishing, maintaining, and developing efficient office and administration systems and processes
Organization of incoming and outgoing post and other correspondence, archive maintenance, administrative support to team members in project management, HSE, QM and other processes
Point of contact for travel-related issues: assist employees with travel-related issues or concerns, communication with travel agencies and administrative support.
Processing expense reports, purchase orders, supply requests, facility work requests and maintain office supply.
Supporting organization of business / MarCom events (such as conferences, seminars, team events etc.) and assisting in creating of social media content.
Order Management for our Product business in SAP and indirect material procurement.
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, such as purchase orders, processing incoming invoices, travel expense claims, asset management and yearly inventory taking.
Using various software, including Excel, Power Point, databases, and presentation software
Your profile.
The basis of your success is a completed University degree in the field of Business Administration.
Building on this, you have already gained several years of professional experience (at least 5 years)
Profound SAP and MS Office knowledge is an advantage.
Active approach to work in a fast-paced environment and with minimal guidance or direction
Reliability, thoroughness and detail oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Advanced knowledge of English and/or German, any additional language is an advantage.
