Aston Carter HR Coordinator in Brattleboro, Vermont

Hiring an HR Assistant in the medical field on site in Keene, NH!! If you are looking to further your HR career or gain experience in HR, this may be the job for you!


  • Supports site HR generalists and functional HR Business partner in processes, trainings and other HR tasks

  • Maintains HR system/record integrity and will work towards development and centralization of field based administrative process

  • Support region on HR projects and develop centralized methods of communication, current case management and administrative processes

  • Coordinates and conducts New Employee Orientation processes/program

  • Maintains HR systems/data bases, records and postings ensuring compliance and integrity

  • Ensure working polices are in place, up to date and reviewed annually or as legislation dictates

  • Assure compliance of company operations to all laws, regulations and standards

  • Maintains good business practices and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes)

  • Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement

  • Uses judgment in absence of department supervision to make decisions within pre-established guidelines and policies

  • Handles differing situations, problems, and deviations in work routines according to general instruction and department goals

  • Independently determines most efficient methods to accomplish tasks

  • Notifies VP/Managers regarding anticipated issues/concerns of employees and in some situations will resolve

  • Comply with all applicable documented Company policies and procedures

  • Works under supervision with specific direction provided for special job tasks and projects

  • Requires use of judgment in analyzing system entry requirements and determines actions to be taken

  • Receives work direction from HR management staff

  • Ensure that supervisor/department is informed of critical information and to maintains professional image of HR department

  • Handles extremely confidential information on a daily basis

  • Constant interaction with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Regular interaction with external clients
