Express Employment Professionals Customer Service Representative in Bremerton, Washington

*Customer Service Representative *

Overview: Part-time call center Customer Service Representative to schedule transportation services for individuals with disabilities. 

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

  • Taking inbound calls to accurately schedule transportation services
  • Properly documenting all calls in the proprietary software
  • Verifying and updating passenger information

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent attendance is a MUST
  • Accurate data entry
  • Type at least 40 WPM
  • Must be comfortable wearing a headset
  • Ability to key in data from an audio source
  • Willingness to learn new skills and procedures
  • Able to handle high stress, challenging customers
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time

Hours/Shift: Monday-Friday, call center is open 8:00AM-5:00PM, 4 hour shifts during business hours

Pay: $17.00/hour
