Robert Half Project Manager - Onsite in Brentwood, Tennessee

Description We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP migrations for our client. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of managing complex migration initiatives across multiple projects and workstreams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project and program management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation. This role does require an onsite presence in the Brentwood/Franklin area.

Key Responsibilities: ERP Transformation Leadership: Oversee and drive enterprise-wide ERP implementations, ensuring successful delivery in alignment with business objectives. Project & Program Management: Manage multiple ERP migration projects that roll up into a broader program, ensuring consistency in execution. Methodologies & Tools: Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management approaches using tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, business units, and technical teams to ensure alignment and commitment. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution and problem resolution. Executive Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, dashboards, and reports for executive leadership and key stakeholders. Budget & Resource Oversight: Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor partnerships to optimize efficiency and performance. Change Management & Adoption: Collaborate with business teams to ensure user adoption and a smooth transition to the new ERP system. Requirements Required Qualifications: 10+ years of project/program management experience, with a strong focus on ERP migration initiatives (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.). Background in finance, accounting, or supply chain functions. Proven success in leading large-scale, complex IT programs with multiple workstreams. Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; PMP, SAFe, or Agile certification preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience in developing and delivering executive-level presentations. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet. Experience managing ERP programs in Fortune 500 or large enterprise environments. Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and digital transformation projects.
