Job Title: Marketing Specialist, RSV- Vaccines

Location: Bridgewater, NJ

About the Job

This position focuses on the execution of the healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer marketing strategies in addition to leading the Review Committee (RC) process for the RSV Commercial Team. This position is important to helping maintain Beyfortus’ current leadership position in RSV infant protection.

The Marketing Specialist will be an integral member of the RSV Marketing Team. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Consumer & Digital Marketing. The Marketing Specialist will work in close collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams, including the RC reviewers (Regulatory, Legal, and Medical), the RSV brand marketing teams (both Consumer & HCP), other job owners, as well as Digital ITS, commercial technology, and agency partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support RSV Marketing Team the business strategic priorities of both consumer & HCP promotional assets aligned to the business strategic priorities.

  • Understand customer drivers and barriers for immunization and what is needed to activate behavior change

  • Support Product Managers with updates to their promotional assets by working with the agency partner to pull through needed updates and submitting and representing the pieces at RC.

  • Manage applicable claims libraries and RC SharePoint including Best Practices

  • Contribute to the development of annual strategic integrated marketing plans aligned to business goals

  • Manage and optimize applicable promotional budget

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the RSV commercial strategy and key tactics to help effect efficiencies in the RC process

  • Lead the prioritization of all RC activities for the overall review process within the Pediatric Business Unit

  • Maintain active communication with stakeholders to ensure an overall efficient and effective RC review process is implemented

  • Monitor submission quality of assets, resolve RC issues, and provide PromoMats and RC guidance and trainings as needed to internal team and external partners

  • Perform quarterly reconciliations, comparing report of active materials in PromoMats to reports of active materials hosted on 3rd party platforms to ensure only active, approved materials are being used in the market

  • Serve as expert in US pharmaceutical promotional guidelines

About You

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of pharmaceutical and/or vaccine marketing or sales experience

  • Understanding of the RC process

  • Detailed oriented

  • Strong critical and strategic thinking skills

  • Exemplifies a collaborative mindset

  • Proven ability to partner across a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills

  • Experience managing creative agencies and/or other third-party vendors

  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail

  • Experience leading and influencing without direct authority

  • Creativity, enthusiasm, analytical acumen, and exceptional overall business insights

Sanofi's Bridgewater, NJ office is scheduled to relocate to Morristown, NJ on or around March 24, 2025 and this role will then be based in Morristown, NJ.
