A Sensory Technician is needed for the world's largest food and beverage company in the Bridgewater, NJ area. The Sensory Technician assists in planning and executing sensory tests, manages products under test, supports panelist training and management, contributes to analysis and reporting of results and maintains the sensory laboratory.

responsibilities:
Administer tests following instructions and best practices.
Manage products under test including procurement, storage, and disposal.
Onboard panelists.
Provide general lab orientation.
Screen, train, and monitor panelist performance.
Maintain records of panel attendance and performance.
Implement good laboratory practices and safe behavior.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of equipment and facilities.
Skills:
Technical training in scientific or food-related field required.
Experience in sensory laboratory management is a plus.
Education:
High school diploma and
Bachelor's degree preferred.
