Full time position Monday – Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM (with an hour lunch break).

Job Purpose: TheEquipment Maintenance Supervisorenhances the profitability and long-term sustainability of Dynamic Aviation by managing and leading a team to complete preventative, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all equipment to include but not limited to Ground Support Equipment, Forklifts, Farm equipment, and over the road vehicles.
Duties:
Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule
Hire and train shop employees
Maintain records for all equipment and programs
Prioritize and assign tasks to the team members based on urgency and importance
Coordinate with fleet operators and other departments to understand their repair and maintenance needs and provide appropriate solutions
Oversee the scheduling of repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure that all work is completed within set timelines
Develop maintenance policies and procedures
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback and coaching to team members for personal and professional growth
Ensure regulatory compliance for the CDL program
Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
Certification or diploma in Automotive Technology or related field is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing programs/systems and/or supervising direct reports
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
Detailed and organized with the ability to lead, multi-task and meet deadlines
Ability to adapt/respond appropriately to changing circumstances
