Responsibilities:
Plan daily labor to perform safe and quality work.
Understand and execute HSE safety policies and procedures.
Lead people and supervise processes to ensure compliance to the procedures.
Interview, hire, promote, and reprimand team members who are direct reports.
Address complaints, concerns and continuous improvement ideas.
Support company and manager directions.
Develop the team in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and
productivity measurements and execution.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
5 years experience leading people in a manufacturing environment.
Competencies:
Computer skills: MS Office Suite, ERP, timekeeping, and incident
gathering tools.
Ability to lead people.
Knowledge of how to train, teach, and coach team members.
Ability to create, maintain, and improve a safe work environment.
Salary: 77,000- 87,000 USD annually depending on experience
