Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work closely with the VP of Marketing in implementing and achieving both immediate and long-term marketing objectives. This role will focus on ensuring high quality and consistent product messaging across various platforms. Key responsibilities include creating promotional materials, managing inventory and distribution of marketing supplies, supporting the organization of customer-facing events, managing the website, and executing additional marketing and administrative tasks as required.

Responsibilities

•Produce a wide range of sales and training materials, including print, digital, video, and presentations, with proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

•Manage training and marketing stocks, by handling purchase orders of print supplies, distributing resources to sales team/surgeons and maintaining inventory logs.

•Coordinate event planning for exhibitions, labs, and training sessions, coordinating booth bookings, marketing collateral organization, and hotel arrangements.

•Oversee the day-to-day website maintenance, managing content updates and website efficiency and quality.

•Execute email marketing campaigns for pre- and post-show engagement.

•Develop original social media content through video editing (Premiere Pro) and graphic design (InDesign/Illustrator).
