THE ROLE

Join our team as Sales Operations Administrator for our Emergency Care division. Emergency Care | Stryker (https://www.stryker.com/us/en/emergency-care.html)

As Sales Operations Administrator, you will be the backbone of our sales team supporting seven reps across ANZ, ensuring seamless coordination across various operational aspects. From managing sponsorships and donations to handling compliance submissions and event logistics, your role will be pivotal in driving the sales team success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Sponsorship and Donations Coordination: Handle requests, approvals, and fulfillment efficiently.

  • Hospitality and Events Coordination: Manage logistics for events, trade shows, and conferences.

  • Compliance Submission Processing: Assist in regulatory approvals and ensure adherence to policies.

  • Sales Report Processing: Support in gathering, analyzing, and presenting sales data.

  • Marketing Material Management: Coordinate printing, inventory, and distribution of marketing materials.

  • Vendor Engagement: Liaise with vendors, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of goods/services.

  • Ad-hoc Administrative Support: Provide general support to the sales team and assist in special projects.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Attention to detail and an ability to spot errors before they become a problem.

  • Team player who genuinely wants to get to know their teammates and help remove obstacles.

  • Proven experience in sales operations, team administration, event management, or related roles.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
