Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of QC Chemists to ensure flawless execution of quality control testing and analysis.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain the highest standards in our laboratory operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine testing priorities and successfully implement QC strategies.
Conduct thorough data analysis and interpret results to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and support their professional development.
Strictly adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance standards to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all testing processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a QC chemistry environment.
Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
