HANCOCK COUNTY HEALTH SYSTEM Clinic Director in Britt, Iowa

The Clinic Director provides leadership for the clinic through collaboration with employees, providers, other departments, services, customers, etc. Manages the administrative operation of the clinics. Assures daily operations run smoothly for both patient and provider flow within the clinic. Works jointly with medical records and coding to assure these functions support the site specific. Is responsible for the selection, training, development, and assessment of staff. Assists in the development of and is responsible for implementation of policies and procedures for the operation of the clinics. Responsible for new provider practice start-up and physician scheduling. Performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission of Hancock County Health System. Serves as a member of the HCHS Senior Administration Team.

[HOURS: [Full-time, exempt position.

[QUALIFICATIONS: [Requires current license as Registered Nurse by the Iowa Board of Nursing. Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred. Minimum of one-year supervisory experience. Experience working in a clinic preferred. Must be proficient in computer use.
