Zebra is looking for a new junior Project Manager!
This position involves frequent interaction with multiple teams within Zebra and key customers. Res ponsibilities include driving customer return orders of reported product iss ues during the deployment as well as development and management of customer-specific recovery plans. The position operates as a Trusted Advisor to Zebra’s key internal customers. This position is not considered as technical.
Responsibilities:
Quality contact for product return orders to be processed in Siebel and Oracle Trilogy system
Create and manage product issues and return order cases in Salesforce system.
Ensure the solution of product replacement is delivered to customer in timely manner and that customer return the faulty device to Zebra in timely manner.
Primary contact point for Business team due to any customer product escalation or complaint were standard process failed or cannot be used.
Gathers and analyses input from the project team and works with more senior PM to develop a Project Plan for recovery projects of limited scope - often repurposing old plans or working from examples.
Uses established tools and templates to document the plan and communicates it to the team. Gathers feedback from the team and to revise and complete the Project Plan as needed
Gathers status updates from the project team and interprets inputs from the team to assemble a consolidated view of status. Provides regular status updates to internal stakeholders, the team and PM leadership as directed
Provides assistance with coordination of deliverables and project assets to assist the project team. Personally, addresses obstacles or issues that are minor in nature and escalates complex issues to senior team members for assistance
Develop strong relationships with internal/external teams.
Provide regular reports to the management of the product issues and related orders
Qualifications:
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills
Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills with an ability to meet established deadlines.
Minimum 3 years experience in a customer service environment or project support experience
Advance skills in full MS Office
Excellent verbal and written English skills
