Responsibilities:

• Develop and m aintain the technical documents for the solution .

• Develop PaaS extensions for Oracle Cloud implementations based on the functional design document

• Continuously review opportunities for improvement in how Oracle platforms are leveraged and bring best practices to the forefront

• Provide general technical support for Oracle system and work with Oracle and o ther vendors to develop and design solutions .

• Own the technical solution for the project and deliver objects on time with minimal guidanc e .

• D esign and buil d solutions and facilitate testing with cross-functional teams across region

• U nderstand technical issues related to the code, configuration, and performance of the applications . Develop and Troubleshoot Reports/Integrations/extensions.

• Ensure compliance with development and configuration standards and procedures

• Coordinate activities related to patches and upgrades to the application system software or hardware

• Understands and be flexible to be part of a 24*7 critical system maintenance and support environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT

• 5-8 years experience in similar role

• indepth knowledge of Siebel CRM (contract management, configurator, pricing, portal)

• Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations

• Ability to work in onshore-offshore model and be a self-driver who can independently work on technical challenges with little supervision .

• Exposure to security tools such as SonarQube and SecureCodeWarrior (or similar) is highly desired

• Understanding data flow and table dtructure of Siebel CRM

• Experience on EIM (Enterprise Integration Management) and EAI (Enterprise Asset Intergration)

• Expertise in PL/SQL d evelopment not limited to Business events, Workflows, Web services & ADF applications.

  Advantages:

• Exposure to Siebel Depot Repair process flow

• Experience of Open UI (User Interface)

• Understanding of Oracle Cloud application architecture

• Experience on Oracle OTBI (Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence)

• Exposure to Digital technologies like RPA, Chat-Bot, Block-Chain, and hands-on implementations in relevant fields
