The intern would be shared between Chemistry Lab and Microbiology Lab departments. The focus is in Quality Assurance activities. The intern would gain exposure to lab management, different assay methods for chemicals, data analysis, validation of lab equipment, validation of gamma irradiator, and validation of moist heat processes. The intern would participate in projects and/or routine work carried out by the Chemistry and Microbiology departments. Some of the activities would be related to the sterility assurance program.
