communication, and support. Key Responsibilities: Total Maintenance &
Repair (TM&R): Assist with maintaining TM&R ledgers and generating
monthly reports for all Wolter Inc. branches. Prepare TM&R contracts,
distribute them to account managers, and follow up for signatures. Enter
new TM&R contract information into the Quipware Business System. Handle
monthly TM&R billing. Follow up with internal staff on outstanding hour
meter readings on equipment. Cross-train to support all divisions of the
Fleet Service Group. Leasing: Quote lease rates to sales support staff
for customer quotes. Source lease financing, request documentation, and
ensure accuracy. Handle inbound lease questions from customers and
account managers. Maintain lease files and ledgers for tracking and
monthly reporting. Manage timely notifications of expired leases.
Analyze and determine the fair market value of equipment at the end of
leases and collaborate with account managers on the best options for
customers. Maintain leasing, fleet, and TM&R files. Fleet: Assist the
Fleet Analyst in establishing monthly lease rate sheets and monthly
fleet reporting. Support the Fleet Operations Manager in preparing fleet
presentations, which may include some travel to Wolter Inc. branches
in-state and out-of-state. What We\'re Looking For: Organizational
Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities with keen attention to
detail. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
for effective interaction with customers and colleagues. Technical
Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including familiarity with database
management and business systems. Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn
new tasks and adapt to changing environments. Mathematical Aptitude:
Enjoys working with math and analytics. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity
with material handling equipment is a plus. Lean Business Principles:
Awareness of lean business principles, with Lean Associate certification
preferred. Service and Sales Experience: Experience in service and sales
functions within a business environment. Advanced Excel Skills:
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas; knowledge of
Power BI is a plus. Valid Driver\'s License: A good driving record is
