Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 8:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as
Full-time Contract Review Administrator - System Support, you will
provide support to our contract sales and supplier development teams.
This team\'s focus is the configuration and management of Ironclad, the
software utilized for both the customer and supplier customer contract
negotiation and execution process. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to the following: o Providing customer
service to internal stakeholders o Adhering to established processes,
workflows and Standard Operating Procedures o Providing software
training, implementation, and operational discipline o Reviewing
contract documentation for adherence to software set up and processing o
Performing administration of software, including maintaining access,
rules, configurations, simple UI changes, settings, report design and
other functions REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills
and qualifications are required for this position: o Possess 1 year of
prior work experience with contracts - negotiation, review and/or
administration OR 1 year of experience maintaining, configuring and
implementing sales or contracting software o Excellent written and oral
communication skills o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite o Highly
motivated, self -directed and customer service oriented o Demonstrate
strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities o Exhibit
strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills o
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment o Work
independently as well as in a team environment o Demonstrate our core
values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork o Pass the
required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Prior work experience with review
and/or administration of contracts o Interest in innovation through
technology o Demonstrate knowledge and experience using collaborative
workflow systems such as Contract Lifecycle Management Software, MS
