Aston Carter Member Service Representative in Brookfield, Wisconsin

We are looking for experienced candidates with great job tenure in a customer service or call center environment to join our growing team and following internal growth pathways.

Description:

In this role, candidates will be responsible for assisting members with any questions they may have in a call center environment. Most of the inquiries candidates will field are going to be related to account balances, creating transfers, lost/stolen debit/credit cards and processing payments. Additionally, candidates will be responsible for cross selling other banking products and suggestively selling things such as a home equity line of credit or mortgages.

Our organization participates in a Paid Time Off (PTO) program, based on experience and schedule. We present the opportunity for associates to attend events that recognize career achievements and milestones

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience (restaurant and retail are okay, preferred call center or banking)

• Minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to type at least 40 WPM and to gain proficiency in all computer systems

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience from a call center or customer facing banking role
