What You Will Do:

Serve as a trusted advisor to support the North Little Rock and Minneapolis operations management team by owning and leading all compliance and controls activities.

Manage local compliance policies, procedures, and processes and ensure all local policies are in alignment to the enterprise.

Champion and drive compliance culture by owning and leading monthly compliance reporting.

Lead testing of control processes and proactively work with team to correct any gaps.

Develop, recommend, and implement proactive programs and policies to reduce risk.

Creating and utilizing automated tools for the updating, analyzing, and reporting of consolidated control activities.

What You Have:

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.

Required Qualifications:

Currently attending a 4-year accredited university/college or have completed a minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related degree, Data Analytics, or IT with a concentration in Accounting with 18 semester hours of core accounting courses from a 4-year accredited university/college.

Minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA (both Accounting GPA & Cumulative GPA).

Graduation date between May 2023 and August 2024.

Must be willing to travel accordingly.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Previous accounting internship and/or work experience

Strong initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills

High level of initiative, leadership, and good judgement.

Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, or equivalent).

Experience with financial planning and analysis systems (SAP, CMS, Axiom, etc.).

Additional Details:

Location: North Little Rock, AR or Brooklyn Part, MN

Domestic relocation is available for qualified candidates

Requires 25% travel
