Hiring for Mechanical Assembler in Brooklyn Park, MN, US Pay $20-22/hr
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and flexible Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will work in various departments and must be willing to grow within the company.
Responsibilities
Assemble hatches and panels using hand and power tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, torque tools, and tape measures.
Work off blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
Prepare panels for painting by installing insulation and hanging panels on hooks.
Package completed assemblies and fill orders.
Cross-train in various departments to provide support as needed.
Essential Skills
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and torque tools.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Mechanical aptitude and inclination.
Capability to read a tape measure.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in mechanical assembly.
Familiarity with the use of various tools and equipment.
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
