1st shift: Monday thru Friday 7am 3:30pm Wage: $21.00 $23.00 Must pass pre-placement drug screen before starting employment Description Purpose and Description: To efficiently and accurately receive raw material into the facility, verify quality of product, account for its presence in inventory, and deliver to areas needed or store in a logical and easily-retrievable fashion. To receive other deliveries into the facility and deliver to intended party. Material handling and preparing the lasers or saws with stock material. Major Responsibilities: Operates forklift to move materials and products Unloads raw material from delivery vehicles Places stock in designated areas in each department or in receiving dock storage Prepares necessary paperwork in connection with deliveries to insure proper documentation in inventory Maintain files of receiving records Other Responsibilities: Organizes receiving area for efficiency and flow Maintains a clean and safe work environment Forklift maintenance and safety check Crane maintenance and safety check Other duties as assigned Demonstrate the company core values of Taking Ownership, Striving for Greatness and Showing Our Customers We Care Physical Requirements and Environment: May require frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Some time working near moving mechanical parts Majority of time standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling Handling, speaking, hearing, seeing, color vision, depth perception Frequent noise Frequent exposure to chemicals, dirt, oils, solvents, paints, dust Eye, hand and hearing protection are required in the production area (employer provided)
