As a Gogo Business Aviation CONTRACT Senior Administrative Assistant for the
Talent Acquisition function, you will ensure our candidates have the best
experience!
You will provide administrative support to the recruiting function in various
customer-serving aspects of employment. You will work closely with the
Director of Talent Acquisition to guide candidates through our hiring process
and connect them to the magic of becoming a Gogo team member! In this
role, you will interact with all functions of Gogo Business Aviation and
potential candidates (external and internal). You will also be interacting
externally with contractors and vendors.

How will you make a difference?
Support the efficiency of the Talent Acquisition process by reviewing and
posting roles
Schedule hiring kick-offs, pre-briefs, phone screens, interviews,
and debriefs with an emphasis on proactive planning as well as the flexibility
to accommodate changing needs and requirements
Arrange travel for candidates and out-of-state hires
Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data
in our Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
Work with Accounts Payable to process the candidates' travel expenses
Manage all contracts (ONIT)
Process invoices (purchase order requests) and follow through (Esker)
Maintain and update TA processes
Schedule and handle the logistics of TechTalks, career fairs, and other
events at a university campus
Pull together monthly or quarterly reports (ex, candidates'
experience survey)
Participate in the TA team's weekly stand-up meetings and give updates on
background checks and onboarding of future hires
Coordinate the onboarding of new employees with Talent Management,
Facilities, and IT teams
Welcome candidates to Gogo, prepare the interview room, and order lunch
as appropriate
Assist the HR team with coordinating employee events, including catering
needs, set-up, and clean-up
Act as a backup to processing I-9
Backup for Employee badges
Will cover some aspects of the role of Executive Assistant when out of the
office
Other projects and responsibilities as assigned - Including assisting
with special projects
Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of training and professional
experience
7+ years of as an Executive Assistant, Administrative, or
Coordinator, in an office setting
Able to lift 10 lbs
This is a 4-6-month contract role to start, with the opportunity to
become a full-time, permanent job at the end of the contract
Willing to be in the office Monday through Friday; Schedule is 8:00
am-5:00 pm MST
