Aston Carter Customer Service Representative in Broomfield, Colorado

Customer Service Representative

$18/hr

Must be willing to go in office

Hours: Monday- Thursday 11:00am-8:00pm

Friday 9:00am-6:00pm

Will be required to work 1 Saturday out of the month (Will have your choice on what day you would like)

Description:

Taking inbound and outbound calls 105 daily (Floor average is 120)

Answering customers questions regarding their toll and giving them options on how to pay

Will only contact customer 1 time to inform them on their Toll balance

Main system (Cubs) filing system- inputting customers information into the Cubs system

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have:

HS Diploma or GED

Someone who performs well with upset customers face to face or over the phone.

Some who is well spoken or professional over the phone

Open to food industry ( waiters, hostess, server)

Retail - any positions that was assisting customers face to face

Nice to Have:

2+ years of calls center experience

1+ years customer support (face to face) exp.

1+ years of Microsoft Office Exp.
