Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering fields or equivalent experience
7+ years of hardware, software, or avionics system development experience
2 years of direct, hands-on people management experience
Willing to get through on boarding in the office 5 days a week and
after, having the flexibility to be hybrid 3 days a week in the office
Required Skills, Talents & Experience
Avionics industry, DO-178/DO-254, and/or DO-160/MIL-STD experience
In-depth familiarity with systems engineering and product development
processes
Knowledge and experience in hardware and software development process
Thorough Validation and Verification experience
Passion for mentoring and coaching engineers
Preferred Skills, Talents & Experience
Industry experience in telecommunications systems
Satcom and/or 4G LTE/5G experience

Base Pay:
132,000.00 - 165,000.00 USD Annual
Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:
Bonus Plan at 15% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
