Required.
Helps enter new business applications, initiate renewal application
processes, process term letters and distribute applications to support the
underwriting process.
Reviews correspondences, records, and reports on select routine
matters for processing to ensure the team remains compliant.
Assists in running pre-defined statistical reports on new business and
renewal applications processed to inform underwriter managers on the current
business.
Processes and scans documents for record and files them electronically to
ensure easy access for review of appropriate underwriting documents.
Helps prepare monthly renewal and anniversary reports for managers to
determine new and existing business opportunities.
Maintains the procedure manual to help team to determine rate
classifications and assigns rates to pending applications.
