What you'll be doing as a Plant Superintendent:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and inspire a team of production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Schedule and supervise routine equipment inspections and maintenance to identify and address potential issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and engineering, to optimize overall company performance.
Communicate effectively with upper management on plant performance and strategic initiatives.

Shift Timings: 1st Shift - Day
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field highly desirable, experience in a similar role will be considered.
Proven experience as a Plant Superintendent or in a similar leadership role within a chemical manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of chemical compounding processes and safety protocols.
Strong knowledge of pigment grinding processes and safety protocols
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make informed databased decisions quickly and efficiently.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and environmental health and safety standards
Not required but is a plus: Lean Six Sigma experience / Experience with SAP ERP system
