Main Tasks and Responsibilities of the Position - Program Manager EMEA
Process all received requests according to the manuals and processes posted on the team's internal page.
Acknowledge received requests on the same day.
Respond to any received request by the second day at the latest.
Record all changes to a request in the OSvC application at the time the change occurs, according to the OSvC manual.
Correctly record the real status of the request in the OSvC application.
Report activities or activity results at the manager's request or based on a calendar when the situation requires it.
Complete information in the Oracle Sales Cloud (Fusion) application for each modification that requires this action.
Synchronize request data to be identical in all used applications based on information located in OSvC.
Take on any new non-standard activity when the situation and manager require it.
Complete all planned training.
Complete all necessary training to handle any non-standard request without assistance.
Contact all teams/individuals who can help resolve a request.
Be the main point of contact for a complex request.
Work with pre-sales, solutions managers, commercial managers, delivery, sales, and clients to define the scope of the request or subsequent changes if necessary.
Work with approvers and beneficiaries to ensure any request can be approved as quickly as possible.
Continuously learn the processes, products, and applications located on Oracle servers to handle any received request.
Job Specifications:
Required Education: Higher education diploma/secondary education Required Experience in the Field: 2-5 years
Professional Competencies:
Fluent in English
Any other foreign language necessary for the region served, spoken fluently
Knowledge of technical terms SW/HW
Ability to work on multiple requests simultaneously
Ability to identify priority requests
Attention to detail
Excellent computer skills (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Oracle Applications)

Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
