We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As the primary point of contact for French-speaking candidates, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, collecting documentation and updating our HRIS (Workday) accordingly. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French, possess previous experience in HR and with Workday, as well as excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership. This is a hybrid role based in our offices in Bucharest.

How you will contribute

Candidate Communication: Serve as the point of contact between the company and external candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR system, primarily using Workday. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. Handle all the signed documentation to the payroll team. Ensure updates of relevant French documentation is raised to the appropriate team in a timely manner.

Internal offers: Draft salary proposals for internal candidates and ensure compliance with local Compensation&Benefit policies.

Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process by facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving the team’s way of working and main processes.

What you will bring

  • Fluent in French

  • Previous experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition is preferred.

  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
