Your Mission
Transform our leadership landscape by identifying, engaging, and securing top executive talent across the globe. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to build robust talent pipelines that fuel both immediate recruitment needs and long-term succession planning for our most critical leadership positions (L5+).
Main responsibilities
Strategic Partnership - Collaborate with Executive Recruiters and business leaders to develop targeted sourcing strategies
Market Intelligence - Uncover competitive insights and present compelling talent mapping results to senior stakeholders
Talent Engagement - Approach and build relationships with high-caliber executives, creating diverse candidate pipelines
Candidate Assessment - Conduct in-depth screening discussions and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
Innovation - Pioneer new sourcing techniques while building valuable talent pools for future leadership needs

Tools - Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights (Workday/Avature/Beamery knowledge a plus)
