You as a Recruiting Manager will be managing a delivery team of between 10 - 20 RPO or MSP Admin or Sourcer professionals as well as nurturing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the hiring teams and Account Managers. Your major goals are to reach the highest level of client satisfaction, team performance, and people management.
What will you do?
Supervises others to deliver prescribed operational outcomes while working within established systems as well as coordinates, motivate, and monitor the performance of a group of consultants and coordinators within the RPO or MSP Admin team via team meetings, 121s, action plans, training, mentoring and best practice sessions to create a positive working environment..
Supports customers to ensure their needs are met and/or supports team members to manage client relationships as well as the first point of contact for operational stakeholders and the first escalation point of the team for any daily operational issues.
Periodically report and review of services, SLAs and KPIs, budget, team performance, business reviews etc and provide regular communication to the organisation to update them on market developments, business priorities and performance of the Delivery Centre.
Coach and mentor team members in their development and provide mentorship to assist with reaching their goals.
Provide training when necessary for the purpose of improving skills or teaching new ones.
Deliver training to new team members on project-specific tasks and systems.
Ensure all team members conform to RSR processes and quality procedures as defined.
Identify and share best practices with team members
What will you bring?
Fluency in English and German (both verbal and written)
People management experience gained within a fast-paced and multinational environment leading at least a team of 10 people
Knowledge of recruitment strategies and processes is preferred but not essential.
Maturity in succeeding in leading various seniority of team members.
Experience in supervising/ supporting people and other resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes.
Mastery of MS Office applications and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
Hybrid - once a week in an office based in Budapest (or as and when the team /account needs require)
