Position Summary:

This role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of the ever-evolving Shared Service Centers’ (SSC) Enablement Team.

Providing crucial support to the Operational Work Streams, the Performance Management Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of critical reporting internally and to the Business. Working closely with the Performance Management Senior Manager you will prepare reports and tools for the workstreams and leadership to track Core KPI’s versus targets, highlight achievements and issues, and ensure consistency, accuracy and quality across all reporting.

With a focus on continuous development, you will be involved in various projects aiming to provide more automated, consistent reporting, and also support the Snr Manager with migration projects as other business areas transition into the SSC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue monthly reporting calendar with deadlines for submissions and follow up with item owners of any missed or inaccurate input.

  • Support the SSC regular month end close reporting, managing data accuracy, and ensuring complete high-quality report is ready for the business reviews.

  • Work with Sr Manager and Workstreams (O2C, P2P, R2R, & Customer Care) to ensure Internal MBR reports are prepared timely and accurately for review with the VP.

  • Development and maintenance of the workstream KPI Bowler files, ensuring data is complete and accurate. Also work with our development team on transition from excel templates to online PowerBI Reporting format.

  • Provide key support with reporting, maintenance, and development of the Dploy tool, which is essential for Tier Daily Management reporting.

  • Assist Snr Manager with business migrations into the shared service centres. Including liaising with business and operations teams to understand available metrics and data gathering, updating templates of data, reviewing PowerBI dashboards and input files, and preparing for hypercare calls with the project team.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Accounting or Industrial Engineering Bachelor’s Degree

  • 6+ years of progressive work experience in finance, accounting with 3-5 years shared services environment or in a consulting capacity

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English Working professional level), ability / experience to manage meetings and follow up on agreements

  • Skilled communicator and proven relationship builder, able to operate within a multitude of formal and informal networks while managing the competing interests of varied stakeholders

  • Analytical and problem-solving capacities to generate meaningful insights. Excellent attention to detail required

  • Proven ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership both internally and externally, and influence peers and senior management in a complex, geographically diverse matrix organization

  • Self-directed, dynamic and customer-centric change-agent who thrives in a challenging and changing environment

  • Highly collaborative; aligns effectively with colleagues and business partners to deliver results while maximizing the success of all contributors

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project/Program Management experience would be a plus

  • CPA or Strong Accounting background

  • Experience in a Performance Management team/role would be a plus
