Morgan Stanley Learning Operations Specialist in Budapest, Hungary

Learning Operations Specialist is part of the Global Technology Talent Development Team in the Technology COO function partnering with technology leadership, subject matter experts, and management teams to support the development of strategic and tactical learning solutions and roll out training activities to teams around the globe.

We’re looking for driven, innovative talent to our Global Learning Operations Team in Budapest to provide high level support to global stakeholders.

You will:

Support the roll out of global learning plans · Support global learning planning and bottom-up demand collection · Liaise with vendors and internal SMEs on learning ordering and scheduling training, · Respond to employee and manager inquiries on program availability, schedules, etc. · Monitor demand and requests

Learning program support · Work with local and global stakeholders to create and runvarious learning programs in the technology space · Build up curated learning paths and curricula in the LMS in line with stakeholder requirements · Support global learning programs from learning operations perspective (E2E) as part of cross-functional work streams,, including pre-enrollment support and post-program support · Contribute to operating large scale, global learning programs as part of a global, multisite team · Liaise with internal stakeholders and support the development of bespoke learning programs for targeted audiences leveraging internal learning resources

LMS administration, license management · Manage learning operations processes · E2E ownership of learning administration for standalone training as well as learning programs in the internal LMS (Cornerstone on Demand) · Manage license/ voucher allocation for online content providers and certification exams

Communications · Develop/ maintain intranet sites · Manage newsletters · Contribute to global learning related communications campaigns

Reporting · Provide day to day supportfor global L&D practitioners / regional managers , includingtraining needsanalyticsandconsolidation ofparticipant feedbackManager LMS reports · Contribute to development of dashboards

Other · Support the development of new global learning solutions with LMS and learning operations expertise · Collect and share best practices with the global team;support and initiate process improvements

*You have: *

· Fully fluent English (written and verbal) · BA degree · 5 years of post graduate work experience learning and development and/or human resources functions · 3-5 years experience working in learning & development/ learning operations · Experience of managing the Learning Management Systems & related processes · Significant proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint · Attention to detail · Excellent communication and presentation skills · Ability to manage own work, to work to specified standards, service levels and timeframes · Ability to communicate effectively with others and build strong working relationships, work smoothly and efficiently in global team · Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments, accepts responsibility for own work · Plans and prioritises work to meet commitments aligned with goals and aligns own work with relevant workgroups · Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. · Experience working in/ supporting a global organization
