Citigroup Product Program Manager (2 years fixed-term contract) in Budapest, Hungary

Business & Travel Shared Services (BTSS) forms a part of the Citigroup Shared Services (CSS) organization, which in turn sits within the broader Citigroup Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations Technology division (EIO&T). Business & Travel Shared Services EMEA, provides the day-to-day operations and vendor management from the following core services across 50+ countries for all of Citi’s internal businesses including Consumer Banking, Investment Banking, Global Wealth, Private Banking and Operations & Technology. The Core Services include: Archiving Services Mail & Distribution Services Managed Print Services Office Supplies & Stationary Marketing & Presentation Technology Transactional Print Global Travel Corporate Card Program Vehicle Program In addition to the 9 core services listed above, in some locations BTSS may oversee numerous in-country specific services on behalf of the residing businesses and other service groups where mutually agreed and with the appropriate controls in place (Business Partner Services). These may include where appropriate: ESC Accounts Payable (Country Imaging & Scanning), Executive Services (client hospitality, staff catering, dining, reception and switchboard), and a variety of other local utility services (Secondary Services) performed on behalf of other EIO&T products with no “on the ground” management presence. Key Responsibilities: The BTSS EMEA BPS Senior Analyst is responsible for providing support related to key Business Partner Services (BPS) initiatives specific to the EMEA region.  This role reports to the EMEA Business Partner Services (BPS) Lead and matrix reports to the EMEA BTSS Business Office and Risk & Control Head. Lead key BPS strategic initiatives in EMEA as required to ensure alignment with Global BPS strategy and objectives Maintain BPS Book of Work and BPS Dashboard tracking overall progress against success metrics while capturing capacity saves and key achievements Provide framework for BPS transformational initiatives sharing lessons learned and best practices Manage and oversee BPS activity  ‘migrate out’ and ‘migrate in’ process through the Global Governance Committee framework and work with the Country Managers, Risk & Controls team and Functional Partners throughout Identify continuous improvement initiatives that will lead to cost and capacity saves and enhance performance Provide input as required to procedure and work flow change requests considering BPS strategy and risk minimization Build strong relationships with internal and external partners and serve as point of escalation for EMEA BPS related initiatives Implement BPS communications plan ensuring that all stakeholders are informed. Knowledge and experience Ability to interact professionally with various levels of management, inclusive of the SLT, in the organization and across various divisions Ability to persuade and influence others through developed communication and diplomacy skills with colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Ability to work in a dynamically fast-paced environment Strong and creative problem solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot reports/data to ensure accuracy Advanced MS office computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access a plus Proficiency in SharePoint and Citi Collaborate Self-motivated with ability to make decision in the absence of detailed instructions Ability to work with large data set populations to create business reports and perform analysis High level of accuracy and attention to detail and being accurate with analysis Exceptional organizational skills and Project management skills Strong presentation, reporting analysis, and documentation skills Superior verbal and written communication skills Must be flexible and have a strong aptitude to manage multiple priorities and follow-up on initiatives Strong interpersonal skills and a team player formed of BPS progress Drive the digitalization agenda where feasible securing all necessary approvals and utilize automation tools to create efficiencies Streamline processes where possible Complete additionally any other tasks in connection with the role but not detailed in the current job description, charged by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head.
