GE Vernova Renewal Contract Management Specialist in Budapest, Hungary

Job Description Summary

The Renewals Contract Management Specialist is a critical member of the PGOG Renewals team.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that there is highly accurate asset management information (number, type, assets entitled or supported) for each customer using GED Software (perpetual, term, subscription) and to utilize this Asset Management information to develop fast and accurate quotes matching the created calculation file and contract terms before the renewal contract end date.

This role will work closely with the Customer Success team for calculation sheet and account/asset/opportunity and renewals price calculation and quoting related information request. The Renewals Contract Management team ensures a high level of accuracy and fidelity with the O&G and PG Installed Base customer list.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute all PGOG Renewal Price calculation and Quoting on an ongoing and proactive bases

  • Quote generation and follow up activities (phone and email)

  • Update and maintain accurate and up to date customer asset data base for all PGOG customers

  • Data entry and enrichment to support installed base cleanup and database integrations

  • Support the work of Customer Success Team

  • Support requests from other teams within PGOG, representing the Renewals Team, as needed

  • Support with warranty processes: Service contract creation and maintenance

  • Other project support as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution

  • Minimum of 2 years in similar position in sales support, customer service or sales

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Financial background

  • Experience with Oracle, Servicenow, Fusion, Excel macros, Pramata and Qvidian

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business or a Technical Field
