Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Regulatory Officer to join our team to support our pharmaceutical client’s pharma registration while working in client’s own system.
Key Responsibilities:
Tracking different regulatory submissions in the corporate regulatory database: update database with specific documents and/or information
Peer-QC data entry – handling internal tracking
Running daily queries, providing reports to client stakeholders
Applying technical knowledge to perform quality check on the entries
Communicating issues/concerns to Team Lead
Ensuring compliance with KPIs
Coordinating with other teams and Client PoCs as needed
Training and mentoring associates/new hires
Ensures adherence to internal standards and processes
Associates to ensure Training & compliance to applicable Cognizant and client ”Quality Management System”
Qualification:
Skills and Experience:
Life science/ pharmaceutical background: min. 1.5 year of experience in life science area or in pharma regulatory registration
Fluent English language knowledge
Excellent communicational skills
Strong IT skills (advanced level Excel is a must)
Ability to prioritize work, team- player attitude
Detail- oriented and strong customer focus attitude
