Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digitalization Expert to play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate will combine a strong applied technical background in process digitalization with Continuous Improvement program. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital future of our services and contribute to creating a workplace that embraces diversity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Process Optimization: Employ technical solutions, automation, and system integration to enhance administrative processes.

  • Digital Integration: Guarantee the smooth integration of digital tools and platforms with current HR systems.

  • Data Analytics Expertise: Leverage data analytics to pinpoint optimization opportunities and generate actionable insights.

  • Data Security and Privacy: Uphold data security and privacy standards.

  • HR Tech Innovation: Keep updated with the latest tech trends, including low-code development platforms.

  • Technical Training and Support: Deliver training sessions on new processes and provide continuous technical support to local teams.

  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, aligning them with HR and organizational goals.

  • Digital Transformation Leadership: Spearhead digital transformation and continuous improvement projects, ensuring close collaboration with cross-functional expert teams, customers and stakeholders.

  • Championing Continuous Improvement (CI): Actively promote and drive the CI mindset within the CI community and GBS H2R, fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

  • Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR technology, digitalization
