ProKarma Product Owner in Buenos Aires, Argentina

We are actively looking for a Product Owner to join our team as a full-time employee in Argentina.

This Product Owner will support our Covid tracking software, with product ownership and analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, product configuration, and testing support. Prior knowledge of Covid tracking software is not required, but the ability to learn a new application quickly is required.

This application is the primary repository for Covid vaccination status, test status, and exposure tracking for employees, contractors, and guests. Product Owner is also responsible for integration with other technology systems tied to the corporate office locations, building access, employee and guest health and safety, and access to events. This team has high visibility into business leadership and support.

The Product Owner will support successful delivery of projects using Agile, dev-ops, and other tools and practices to analyze and deliver predictable and repeatable solution design artifacts.

Must know:

• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Jira.

• Quick learner - able to learn a new tool inside and out to pull data, analyze and manipulate data, identify issues, and communicate those to the core team.

• Connect and coordinate with our client stakeholders and vendors to conduct scope analysis, technical analysis, anticipate possible impacts on existing systems, and deliver design documentation.

• Review for risk and mitigation before they become critical, and keep stakeholders informed.

• Functional scope analysis, detailed design solution of the impacted system/processes on work plan, and its design artifacts. Translates business requests (Customer Journey’s, EPIC’s, or Business User Stories) into technical user stories, system diagrams, and low-level design documents. Includes identification and assessment of potential data sources as mutually agreed upon with stakeholders.

• Take ownership of user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing before closing them.

• Research, identify and drive improvements to project efficiency.

• Participate in defining domain technical roadmaps with architecture and leadership.

• Take ownership of functional scope analysis and detailed solution design of impacted system/processes within domain, and partner with cross domain IT and business teams for alignment and impact analysis.

• Proactively review risk and mitigation.

• Research, identify and drive improvements to delivery.

• Proven ability to work with business and technical teams.

• Ability and willingness to learn new technology and apply it to problem solving.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good English skills.

• Participate in defining domain technical roadmaps with architecture and leadership

• Take ownership of functional scope, analysis and detailed solution design of impacted systems and processes within the domain, and partner with cross domain, IT, and business teams for alignment and impact analysis.

• Managing the requirements gathering process and communication of a 3-tiered application for internal HR. Management of multiple stakeholders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience creating various types of documentation for large scale/enterprise projects, solid requirement gathering and excellent communication skills.
