Azar Design Co, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Engineering and Surveying, P.C., is seeking experienced land surveying staff for projects throughout New York State.We are looking for a CADD Technician with Land Survey drafting experience. Minimum of 3 years experience with AutoCAD, (MicroStation a plus), and surveying software. Preferred: Experience with NYSDOT Land Surveying and Mapping standards, CADD drafting of boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, topographic surveys, utility surveys, record surveys and acquisition mapping.Qualifications in addition to the above:Prior land surveying CADD experienceAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to understand and interpret survey dataStrong math and science skillsWork out of our Buffalo, Albany, Ithaca or NYC office. Remote work will be considered for highly qualified candidates
