Job Description:

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing internal and external construction and renovation projects. The Construction Project Manager is also responsible for the supervision of construction contractors when they are onsite, as well as Union Hall employees.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

AAS from an accredited school in Architecture, Facility Management, or Engineering required. BS from an accredited school in Architecture, Facility Management, or Engineering preferred. 5 years of experience in CAD Design required. 5 years of project management experience in healthcare setting required. 5 years of experience in budget and resource management required. NYS Driver's License required upon hire.

Salary Range:

$73,763-$113,133 annually Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
