Aerotek Lead Electrician in Buffalo, New York

Job Title: Lead Electrician

Buffalo, NY

1st shift, 7am - 3:30pm

Pay: $35+/hr

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Installing electrical systems and equipment in compliance with local and national electrical codes.

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical wiring to control panels.

  • Collaborating with the team to ensure electrical systems are properly integrated into the overall project.

  • Testing electrical systems using various testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety.

  • Following safety protocols and adhering to all relevant regulations while performing electrical work.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial settings.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

  • Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in the trade.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose electrical issues accurately.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.

  • Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical malfunctions and performing necessary repairs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
