We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in shipping. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the painting process while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Drivers license required * Prior paint experience preferred but not required; training will be provided. * Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Good manual dexterity and physical stamina. * Excellent teamwork and communication skills. * Ability to perform essential functions of the position which includes frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, bending, twisting, climbing, standing, pushing/pulling, and walking.
Responsibilities: * Perform paint preparation tasks, including masking, caulking, and wash booth operations. * Spray primer, paint, and urethane onto end products. * Operate a forklift and crane periodically throughout the shift, as needed. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and deadlines. * Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. * Follow standardized work instructions and procedures to carry out tasks. * Monitor processes to identify and resolve any issues. * Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications. * Maintain a clean and organized work area.
